Prosecution - EWRB v Igor Ivanovic

On 30 August 2023, Igor Ivanovic was sentenced on one charge of performing unauthorised prescribed electrical work. Mr Ivonic, the Director of an appliance and whiteware shop, installed and connected a cooktop at a residential property in Auckland. He did not hold registration as an electrical worker. Mr Ivanovic was fined $2,700. He was also required to pay court costs and solicitor’s costs.
