Registrar Electrical Worker Registration Board appointed

Duncan Connor has been appointed Registrar of Electrical Workers by the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment in accordance with section 151 of the Electricity Act 1992. This appointment provides business continuity while the Ministry reviews broader matters related to the role.

Duncan is currently the Operations Manager within the Occupational Licensing Team, which provides support to the Electrical Workers Registration Board and other occupational licencing regimes. He will continue as Operations Manager as well as carrying out the statutory functions of the Registrar.
