Review report

Section 158 of the Electricity Act 1992 (the Act) requires the Electrical Workers Registration Board to complete a review of the operation of the occupational regulation parts of the Act every five years and to report its findings to the Minister for Building and Housing. As part of the review process, the Act requires the Board to consider whether any amendments to the Act are necessary or desirable.
